AID of Indiana is seeking a Community Engagement Staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community across Indiana. The role offers pay at $16.25 per hour, up to 50% travel, and practical on-the-job training.

Seeking a Community Engagement staff to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their family homes and out in the community.
Community engagement staff may work up to 10 hour shifts per the family's schedule. Shifts may be scheduled any day of the week. You may work with multiple families, and driving from one home to the next is possible. Tasks depend on the Services the family qualifies for, eg: Respite services, PAC services, DHI Services, and Transportation.
All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. And you’ll be on the clock as soon as you start training!
Pay: $16.25/hr
We have offices in Fort Wayne and Muncie, but provide services to individuals throughout Indiana. Available positions vary based on location.
