AID of Indiana seeks a part-time community engagement staff in Columbia City, IN to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and local communities.
You’ll provide Respite, PAC, DHI, and Transportation services while helping with light housekeeping, meal prep, and life skills. Training is provided and paid, with shifts up to 10 hours, including varied days; valid driver’s license required.

Hours: Community engagement staff may work up to 10 hour shifts per the family's schedule. Shifts may be scheduled any day of the week. You may work with multiple families, and driving from one home to the next is possible.
All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Staff begin working on the clock as soon as training starts.
$16.25 per hour
