Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience; 2+ years training/public speaking.
• Experience in business-to-business marketing or community-based organizations.
• Working knowledge of Workforce Service programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations to enroll in programs.
• Lead outreach presentations to diverse audiences and organize training venues.
• Identify and implement outreach and digital marketing strategies for talent pipelines.
• Assist in talent acquisition, screening candidates for technical and soft skills.
• Connect job seekers to open positions and resources to secure employment.
• Maintain records and measure outcomes for continuous improvement.
