Job summary

Hayes Gibson is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead our resident and stakeholder engagement at a full-time level. The role focuses on building vibrant, inclusive communities, coordinating events, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor metrics, report insights, and help shape strategic initiatives. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; compensation up to $60,000 with health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO.
