Socket.dev is seeking a seasoned Community Engagement & Digital Media Manager to lead partnerships, outreach, and strategic representation. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement, partnership development, public relations, marketing, nonprofit services, workforce development, veteran services, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing external partnerships, representing an organization publicly, delivering presentations, managing digital communications or websites, and coordinating outreach events or campaigns.
• Management, project leadership, vendor coordination, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with veteran organizations, nonprofits, employers, workforce agencies, educational institutions, healthcare and behavioral health providers, government agencies, and other community partners.
• Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, conferences, resource fairs, employer events, veteran-focused events, panels, and other external functions.
• Deliver presentations on the organization's mission, programs, services, impact, and partnership opportunities; develop related talking points and presentation materials.
• Identify and pursue referral relationships, employer partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities that increase awareness and access to services.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for designated partners; coordinate referrals, follow-up, and communication among veterans, participants, employers, service providers, and community stakeholders.
• Track partnership activity, referrals, presentations, outreach results, and community feedback and recommend new opportunities to leadership.
