The Clancy Group is seeking a Community Liaison Manager to support the Southern Water contract. You will act as the primary contact between our teams, customers and the community, ensuring clear communication from project start to completion.

You will develop engagement plans, handle enquiries with professionalism, visit sites and attend community meetings, while building strong relationships and delivering social value across multiple projects. A UK driving licence is essential.

Formación

• Experience in customer liaison, stakeholder engagement or community relations.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure or construction sectors advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main point of contact for customers, stakeholders and Southern Water.
• Develop and deliver customer communication plans for major projects.
• Manage complex customer enquiries and complaints.
• Build relationships with residents, businesses, local authorities and community groups.
• Provide updates on programme changes and milestones.
• Undertake regular site visits to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Attend customer drop-in events and community meetings.
