Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Public Engagement Manager to lead strategic outreach for customer delivery projects, including substation optimization and undergrounding initiatives. The role requires coordinating with technical and external staff and guiding communications across the organization.

You will manage engagement plans, interface with property owners and stakeholders, run public information meetings, and collaborate with government relations to shape outreach strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of related work experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in public engagement, community relations, or stakeholder outreach.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and public speaking capability.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage a strategic engagement plan for projects.
• Coordinate external communications to property owners and stakeholders.
• Inform internal stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in field meetings, pre-construction reviews, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Government & Community Relations to shape outreach strategies.
• Prepare external communications with internal teams and legal as needed.
• Oversee printing and mailing of external communications.
• Manage inquiries from property owners and document responses.
• Lead public information meetings.
