Job summary

Cleland Site Prep seeks a skilled Utility Foreman to lead crews installing, maintaining, and repairing water, storm, and sewer utilities on construction sites. The ideal candidate has a strong background in utility operations, team leadership, and a commitment to safety.

You will plan daily schedules, coordinate with project managers, ensure quality against plans, and maintain accurate documentation of work hours and materials used. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• Experience in utility operations, water and sewer systems in construction.
• Able to read/interpret plans and operate utility tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet productivity and safety standards.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to hit deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources.
• Inspect work for quality against plans and specs.
• Maintain records of work performed and hours worked.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
