poppi is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead our global audience relationships across digital and real‑world touchpoints. You’ll own day‑to‑day engagement with 2M+ social followers, guidance of the 90K+ TYB ambassador program, and community‑led activations that deepen emotional connection and brand sentiment.

This role acts as the brand’s human voice, building trust with creators and fans, managing a direct report, and scaling community operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end to end community management across social platforms, including comments, DMs, fan mail, and hotline voicemails
• Monitor sentiment and cultural conversations to inform brand tone and opportunities
• Ensure consistency in voice, responsiveness, and experience across touchpoints
• Use community feedback to influence product, content, and marketing decisions
• Drive positive sentiment and authentic engagement through relationships
• Lead and grow the TYB ambassador community of 90K+ active members
• Develop cadence to keep ambassadors engaged and activated
• Identify opportunities to deepen creator and consumer relationships
• Design and deliver community first activations and IRL experiences
• Plan and host quarterly community events across the country
• Manage sampling and community requests including milestones
• Be a key brand representative in person and online
• Onboard, manage, and mentor a direct report
• Delegate to scale operations while maintaining quality
• Build team capability alongside personal output
