Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong writing skills with a warm, engaging, mission-driven voice.
• Proven ability to balance strategic program-building with hands-on daily interaction.
• Experience launching initiatives that grew audience engagement and loyalty.
• Knowledge of community management tools, social platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• A genuine passion for storytelling that inspires and uplifts audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute community programs such as fan feedback, content ideas, fan clubs, challenges, Q&A, contests, and ambassador programs.
• Spotlight fans by identifying and highlighting inspiring stories, UGC, and testimonials.
• Support live chats, virtual events, and occasional in-person activations.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback to shape strategy.
• Monitor trends in online communities to apply best practices.
• Nurture relationships with top fans and moderators to extend reach and positivity.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams to integrate community-driven content.
