Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center in Canaan, CT is seeking a Temporary Alumni Outreach Coordinator to cultivate relationships with alumni through outreach calls, texts, and events. You will document interactions in our systems and collaborate with Admissions, Crisis Intervention Team, and Continuing Care to support alumni.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, some travel in the Northeast, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in human services preferred.
• Experience in addiction treatment or alumni outreach is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with alumni through calls, texts, and emails.
• Document all alumni interactions in the appropriate software.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Crisis Intervention Team, and Continuing Care to support alumni.
• Facilitate client groups to build rapport with clients in treatment.
• Attend alumni events to build relationships and market programs.
• Manage event promotion through suitable communication channels.
• Maintain outreach with discharged clients to keep them connected to Mountainside.
• Enhance local digital presence during and after events.
