The position provides program management, advising, communications, data tracking, and partnership support to advance CCEL’s mission and support certificate completion. Salary is $65,000/year with funding through 2029 and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in higher education, student affairs, social/behavioral science, communications, or related field; 1–3 years experience in program administration or student support.
• Demonstrated experience advising or supporting college students.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the undergraduate CEL certificate program and manage processes from interest to completion.
• Track student progress, course equivalencies, engagement hours, seminars, and capstone submissions.
• Collect and report completion data to university systems and partners.
• Support certificate steering committee and liaise among faculty, staff, and community partners.
• Collaborate across CCEL programs and support center initiatives and pilot projects.
