Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast seeks a Community Resource Facilitator to deliver high-quality customer service and connect residents with needed resources. You will greet customers, answer calls, and provide information and referrals across food, employment, housing, veteran, medical, education, counseling and technology services.

You will maintain confidential records, support mission services, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely access to resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience for each year of college.
• One year experience in related field
• Excellent verbal, written and technology skills
• Ability to work independently, analyze and problem solve immediately
• Effective team member and business partner in all aspects of Mission Services

Responsibilities
