Job summary

ServiceSource Inc in Delaware is seeking an Employment Development Specialist to design community employment opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities under a multi-year grant. The role focuses on job development, intake assessments, and person-centered plans to connect participants with competitive, integrated work.

You will collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, manage billing and records, travel to sites, and support participants from intake through retention.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 1 year experience with adults with disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative is HS diploma with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in TANF population and/or supported employment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across state and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and assess employment goals with individuals.
• Develop person-centered employment plans and job development.
• Provide post-employment services including coaching and follow-up.
• Build relationships with businesses and community agencies.
• Complete monthly billing reports and participant records accurately.
• Collaborate with vocational rehabilitation counselors and other partners.
