Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is hiring an Employment Readiness Specialist for our Employment Readiness Day Program for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will support participants to develop workplace skills in classroom and community settings and document progress per funding and CARF standards. Join a team offering a weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends, 3+ weeks of PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year experience working with people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must meet driver insurance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience providing supported employment services is desired.
• Experience conducting training is preferred.
• Experience building partnerships with community organizations and employers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct engaging group sessions to grow participants' employment skills.
• Facilitate work experiences with community employers (informational interviews, shadowing, tours, volunteering).
• Obtain feedback from participants and support teams to improve pre-employment transition services and curriculum.
• Maintain partnerships with participants’ support teams, programs, and employers for success.
• Complete required documentation and ensure CARF regulatory compliance.
