Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; experience dependent
• 1-4 years experience with adults with mental health diagnosis, IDD, or substance use disorder
• Qualified Professional (QP) required or willing to obtain (10A NCAC 27G .0104)

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve employment goals within their community.
• Develop individualized dream plans and career profiles for people supported.
• Identify community organizations for job opportunities and manage partnerships.
• Perform IPS-based job development and create task analyses for individuals.
• Provide education to employers and follow-along supports to maintain employment.
• Ensure documentation is completed timely and communicate progress to the team.
