Join RTR and play a hands-on role in helping individuals with disabilities build skills, gain confidence, and succeed in real-world jobs. You’ll support participants across community-based employment settings, including job sites and training centers, working closely with a collaborative team to prepare individuals for long-term independence.
A dependable, team-oriented professional who is comfortable working in community settings, providing both coaching and hands‑on support, and adapting to a variety of work environments.
Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
