Responsibilities

• Contact businesses to secure competitive employment for individuals.
• Travel extensively to recruit and place candidates in jobs.
• Track referrals, intakes, interviews, and outcomes.
• Provide coaching on resumes and interview techniques.
• Complete intake packets, ISP and billing paperwork as required.
