Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking a dedicated position to coordinate employment services for individuals in Marshfield, MA. You will plan, implement and monitor supports to help clients move from day services to integrated employment settings.

The role requires a BA/BS or 2–4 years of relevant experience, valid driver's license, and ability to communicate clearly in English. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree and/or 2-4 years related experience or training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the Internet.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Willingness to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employment services for assigned caseload.
• Develop strategies to transition individuals to supported and community-based employment.
• Provide employment-related counseling to individuals and families.
• Schedule and participate in meetings concerning individuals and agency tasks.
• Prepare progress notes, service plans, assessments and objectives for annual review.
