Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc is seeking an Employment Services Coordinator to plan and coordinate services for individuals on a caseload, helping them transition from community-based services to competitive employment. You will provide counseling, prepare progress notes, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.

A BA/BS or 2–4 years of related experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a CORI background check.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree and/or 2-4 years related experience or training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employment services for assigned caseload.
• Develop strategies to transition individuals to employment.
• Provide employment-related counseling to individuals and families.
• Prepare progress notes, ISP, assessments and annual objectives.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to individuals.
