Work Opportunities Unlimited is seeking a Community Employment Coach in Cambridge, MA. This ESOP company helps individuals with diverse skills find meaningful work. You will assist clients with career goals, resumes, applications, and interview prep while engaging with local employers.

The role involves coaching at job sites, occasional transportation to interviews, and mileage reimbursement. Monday–Friday daytime hours, with possible part-time flexibility and growth opportunities.

Community Employment Coach (known internally as a Career Resource Specialist)

A typical day might include the following:

• Working with individuals to develop career goals and objectives
• Teaching individuals how to create a customized resume, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews
• Engaging with local businesses to develop potential job opportunities
• Coaching and guiding individuals at their job sites
• Provide occasional transportation to interviews and other essential employment milestones, while supporting individuals towards independent community travel. (mileage reimbursement provided)

Additional requirements include:

• Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling within your local community
• Monday - Friday, daytime business hours (flexibility offered for part-time)
• Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device

Pay: $22-$25 per hour
