We are hiring a Manager of Work and Community Supports (not to be confused with Recruiting/HR or Staffing Firms) to lead and grow our Broward County market. We combine business best practices with human services.

You will serve as a Coach/Player, leading a team of dedicated professionals to develop and maintain employment opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment. We refer to the candidates we support as our “clients.”

A typical day for the Manager might include:

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team while actively supporting your clients' employment goals
• Meeting with clients, reaching out to employers, and engaging with state funding sources
• Sourcing, networking, and partnering with local businesses to identify employment opportunities
• Providing strategic direction for market growth and development
• Managing fiscal responsibilities, including revenue growth and expenses

What you bring to the role:

• 3-5 years of management experience leading a high-performing team
• Passion and commitment for the work, with a desire to bring those skills to a new opportunity
• MUST HAVE: A Bachelor's degree and at least one year of providing employment services to individuals with disabilities
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Comfort with technology and using it to improve workflow efficiencies
• At least one year of experience in Human Services (not Human Resources)
• MUST HAVE: Access to a personal vehicle for community travel
