Job summary

Cascade Living Group is hiring a part-time Community Driver for Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper. You will transport residents to medical appointments, stores, social events, and scenic drives, while keeping them comfortable.

CPR certification and an active driver's license are required; weekend and holiday shifts are expected. We value reliable, compassionate individuals who communicate well with staff, residents, and families.

As a Community Driver with Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper as part of the Life Enrichment Department you’re responsible for transporting our residents to a variety of locations and ensuring that their ride with you is as comfortable as possible.

What we look for in a Community Driver:

• Unencumbered Drivers License
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Compassionate individuals with a positive attitude, willing to offer physical assistance as needed
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills

What you can expect to do as a Community Driver:

• Transport residents to and from various locations, i.e., medical appointments, stores, banks, scenic drives and social events
• Perform or assist in routine preventive maintenance procedures on the vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff Inform the Life
• Is subject to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts
