Job summary

Cascade Living Group's Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper is hiring a CNA to build relationships with residents and support daily living activities. You’ll help residents with life skills, carry out personal care plans, and coordinate with the clinical team to address needs promptly.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

As a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) with Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. Daily you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

*Depending on Experience
$3/hour shift differential on Weekend Noc Shift
