Job summary

Walmart in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a leader to oversee store operations and community engagement. You will guide hourly associates, uphold policy compliance, and drive safety, customer service, and financial performance.

You will work with store management to implement programs, develop talent, monitor performance, and foster a culture of belonging while delivering EDLP and other company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.
• The role requires leadership, adherence to policies, and developing talent in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly associates, setting clear expectations and providing development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protect assets, and monitor safety and quality standards.
• Drive store financial performance, analyze PL statements, and assist with budget forecasting.
