Job summary

Walmart in Orlando, FL is seeking a store leadership professional to initiate and participate in community outreach, support associates and managers, and champion company programs and sustainability efforts. You will supervise hourly associates, ensure compliance with policies, improve customer experience, and help drive sales and profit while maintaining safety and asset protection.

The role offers benefits and a salary range of $65,000–$100,000 with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and champions company programs to associates, customers and the local community.
• Shows leadership by supervising hourly associates, developing talent, and maintaining high service levels.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection and safety controls, and quality standards.
