Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly associates in assigned area, hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance and recognizing achievement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and drive store profitability while supporting company programs and community initiatives.
