• Initiates and participates in community outreach, guiding associates and managers.
• Ensures policy compliance and safety controls across operations.
• Supervises hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues.
• Supports store leadership to improve profitability and cost controls.
