• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, plus experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach and associates development.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store-wide customer initiatives.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance and budgeting.
• Supports Open Door policies and company programs across the organization.
