Job summary

You will analyze reports, ensure asset protection, and coach teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. You'll drive store performance by supporting budget goals, mentoring staff, and executing action plans to improve operations while maintaining a culture of belonging and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers in serving as good members of the community.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key individuals or groups in the community; represents the company to external organizations.
• Champions company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts to associates, customers, and the local community.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and actively listening to associates.
• Assigns duties, evaluates performance, and provides recognition; sets clear expectations and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Models exceptional customer service standards to store associates and ensures customer needs are met and issues resolved.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
