Job summary

The Allstate Foundation is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to grow a local book of business by initiating new relationships and cross-selling across products. You will engage customers in person and by phone, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline through community connections and referrals.

You will learn products and underwriting guidelines, meet performance targets, and participate in a comprehensive training program with a base hourly rate plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 0- 2years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
