Responsibilities

• Empower Volunteers: lead and support a diverse volunteer team for disaster cycle services.
• Support the Program: assist with specific program activities within geographic area.
• Engage communities: collaborate with partners to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.
• Manage in a matrix: implement plans to meet targets for volunteer engagement and disaster response tasks.
• Know your communities: act as the point of contact for partners and community leaders.
• Ready to respond: participate in disaster response operations after training.
• Actively engage in disaster response operations in the region per SOPs.
