Job summary

Responsibilities

• Empower Volunteers: Manage and support an employee and volunteer team responsible for disaster services programs in the assigned area.
• Lead the Program: Supervise staff and implement disaster cycle services activities within the region.
• Mission Capacity Building: Develop and support disaster volunteers representing diverse communities.
• Engage Community: Organize efforts to mobilize communities and partner with assets for preparedness and response.
• Ready to Respond: Coordinate disaster relief operations in alignment with the Disaster Cycle Services plan.
