Job summary

Acme Residential LLC seeks a Community Director to drive performance and oversee operations across a mid-size multifamily community. Lead onsite teams, manage leasing, maintenance, and admin functions, and ensure an exceptional resident experience while achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

This role requires 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong leadership and financial skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager or Rent Café CRM; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise onsite team and uphold accountability.
• Oversee leasing performance, maintenance coordination, and admin tasks.
• Manage community budgets, KPIs, and financial reports.
• Drive resident satisfaction through exceptional service and relationships.
• Oversee marketing, events, pricing, and occupancy strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and reporting requirements.
