Blue Roc Premier is seeking a seasoned Community Director to lead residential property operations and staff. You will supervise daily activities, handle leasing inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing budgets and coordinating with maintenance teams.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a minimum of five years in a Community Director position, with CAM certification preferred and proficiency in Entrata/Avid.

Qualifications

• CAM certification is highly recommended for this position.
• Experience in property management or a related field is required.
• College degree is helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Minimum 5 years as a Community Director.
• Proficiency with Entrata/Avid property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of residential properties.
• Conduct property inspections and maintenance evaluations.
• Manage resident interactions and leasing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company protocols.
