You will build and develop high-performing teams, manage vendor relationships, and champion a resident-centric mindset to sustain strong occupancy and NOI growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Measurable sales leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and drive NOI growth.

• Lead and develop high-performing leasing teams to exceed occupancy targets.
• Set sales goals, monitor KPIs, coach to optimize revenue.
• Deliver concierge-level resident experiences and advocate for residents.
