Cortland is seeking a Community Manager in Dallas to lead an upscale multifamily community. You will drive leasing, revenue, and NOI while delivering exceptional resident experiences and managing day-to-day operations.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with onsite teams and corporate partners. As a strategic leader, you will oversee budget, vendor relationships, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with Cortland standards and a premium living

Qualifications

• Experience and Education: 2+ years of measurable sales leadership success in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments such as multifamily, luxury retail, hospitality, timeshare, premium automotive, or premium lifestyle services
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

• Build and lead high-performing teams with clarity, purpose, and strategic focus. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Drive leasing performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and coaching the team to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Champion a resident-centric mindset by delivering exceptional service that strengthens satisfaction and retention.
• Execute day-to-day operations with rigor and efficiency, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and timelines.
• Own responsibility for achieving and exceeding Net Operating Income targets through effective revenue generation and expense management.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including centralized centers of excellence, service teams, and senior leaders.
