- Ability to lead, coach, and train a site team.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and drive occupancy and rental income.
- Oversee property operations, maintenance, and safety.
- Lead weekly team meetings and develop staff.
- Develop resident retention programs and events.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local laws.
- Monitor leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals.
- Report performance to executive leadership.
