Job summary

PNC's Community Development Banking team in Denver seeks a Community Development Officer II to advance CRA compliance, community investments, and financial education for LMI communities. You will build partnerships with nonprofits, local agencies, and LOB partners to expand impact and job creation in the region.

Based in Denver, this role engages with senior leadership to promote engagement on nonprofit boards and financial education programs, while coordinating grants and program initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Certifications are often desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local market expert on CRA compliance and community development plans.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for LMI communities.
• Develop grantmaking strategies aligned with community development goals.
• Represent PNC in the community through boards, events, and partnerships.
• Provide CRA database support and coordinate with Relationship Managers on eligible activities.
