Responsibilities

• Acts as local market expert on CRA compliance and community plans.
• Develops assessment area strategies to meet targets.
• Manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Mentors, coaches, and onboards team members as needed.
• Identifies grant partners and coordinates grant funds for impact.
