Job summary

PNC is seeking a Community Development Officer II to lead CRA compliance and community development initiatives in Orlando, FL. You will partner with internal teams, nonprofits, and government groups to advance LMI community outcomes and drive strategic investments.

Responsibilities include developing assessment area strategies, managing partnerships, and representing PNC in community engagements. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred, with a strong focus on relationship

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders including non-profits, government, and community groups.
• Knowledge of CRA compliance and community development strategies preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement grantmaking, services, and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serves as local market subject matter expert on CRA compliance, community benefits plans, and related bank initiatives.
• Manages relationships with internal stakeholders, LOB partners, and external partners to benefit LMI communities, small businesses, and small farms.
• Develops and implements grantmaking and investment strategies aligned with PNC’s Community Development plan.
