Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in public health, public policy, social sciences, data science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a research, data strategy, MERL, or evaluation-focused role.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder coalitions or advisory groups.
• Ability to translate data into visual narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with community data ecosystems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Convene and coordinate data governance groups to share data with 100+ partners.
• Develop and oversee dashboards such as Community Indicator dashboards and Sector Funding Insights.
• Collaborate with external consultants to translate datasets into live dashboards and AI-assisted tools.
• Identify and monitor key community indicators to map funding footprints and service gaps.
• Manage data quality, intake, and privacy checks before publication.
• Lead quarterly internal M&E reporting for Community Impact programs.
