Job summary

United Way of Erie County seeks a Data and Evaluation Manager to lead the collection, evaluation, and reporting of data for Community Schools and initiatives. You will turn data into clear insights, support data systems work, and collaborate with the Data Systems Manager to uphold data standards.

The role reports to the Vice President of Data and Evaluation and requires strong analytic, communication, and project management skills within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, research and evaluation, or related field.
• At least five years’ related nonprofit data/evaluation experience preferred.
• Experience with data systems, software, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, evaluation, and reporting of Community School data.
• Translate findings into clear reports for partners and leadership.
• Support data systems projects and ensure data quality and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on data entry and software usage.
• Develop ad hoc data reports for 211 and other stakeholders.
