Towson University seeks an experienced Program/Office Manager to administer prompt responses, serve as liaison to patrons, and coordinate program interface with faculty and staff. You will oversee weeknight and Saturday studios, schedule faculty, and manage registrations.

The role covers marketing, performances, alumni coordination, and online registration. Telework may be available after 90 days; travel is required twice a year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three years of experience in dance and performing arts.
• Experience and knowledge in both dance education and arts administration in working with children, adults, and the greater community.
• Experience using social media websites (e.g., Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience in developing marketing materials.

Aufgaben

• Administer prompt return of all phone and email correspondence.
• Serve as communication liaison to all current and prior patrons with general dance information, program registration, masterclasses, performances, etc.
• Handle program interface with faculty and staff of Towson University.
• Oversee and manage weeknight and Saturday studios and classes, as well as special events/programming.
• Organize, schedule, and manage program faculty and substitutes.
