Job summary

ATX Learning in Annapolis, MD seeks a TEMP Project Manager to support after-school district-wide dance initiatives, events, and logistics for the school year. Expect about 10 hours weekly with event-driven time commitments.

The role plans, oversees, and leads projects from ideation to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and resources to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Experience coordinating projects and communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and goals; define tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate staff, delegate tasks, ensure on-time completion and support.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule timelines; track progress and adjust as needed.
• Conduct project evaluations and quality assurance.
• Identify and manage potential risks.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Present reports on progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve outputs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
