Responsibilities

• Supervises caseload to meet program, court and referring agency requirements.
• Provides community resource assistance and conducts client assessments.
• Monitors client progress via phone calls, onsite checks, screenings, and document verification.
• Reviews and oversees clients' financial obligations and collects supervision payments.
• Maintains and updates client files; tracks progress per court/agency requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality of client records and adheres to policies and regulations.
• Works with court officials to write and update client reports; testifies when required.
• Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
