Job summary

Intervention, Inc. in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Criminal Justice Case Manager to support non-residential and residential Diversion and Transition clients, guiding behavioral change and ensuring compliance with program rules.

You will conduct weekly meetings, develop individualized case plans, assist with employment search, monitor restitution and child support, and coordinate with courts, probation and other agencies. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Work experience substituting education allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate client case files.
• Develop individualized supervision plans for clients.
• Meet with clients weekly to evaluate progress and compliance.
• Coordinate with courts, probation, and criminal justice agencies.
• Assist clients with employment search and budgeting.
• Enter data into CCIB and other databases.
