Recovery Healthcare in Aurora, CO seeks a Case Manager Supervisor, Non-Residential, Community Corrections to oversee case management services for non-residential clients. You will work with government partners, represent the company on committees, review reports before court submission and assist with audits to ensure district compliance.

The role requires directing staff, conducting quarterly QA audits, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating schedules. Travel within the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, social or behavioral science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises non-residential case management for the assigned district or region.
• Reviews court reports prior to filing and ensures accuracy.
• Supervises staff including interviewing, hiring and training.
• Conducts quarterly quality assurance audits across the region.
• Maintains confidentiality of client and administrative files.
• Travels domestically within the U.S.
