Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County seeks a candidate to supervise non-violent felony offenders within Community Corrections/Division of State Trial Courts. This non-civil service role collaborates with Judges, Courts, DA, Defense, law enforcement, and relevant agencies to provide services.

The position involves court coverage, case file maintenance, and reporting violations, with a focus on safety, progress evaluation, and adherence to court orders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or behavioral science.
• At least one year of criminal justice, law enforcement, or counseling case management experience preferred.
• A valid Tennessee Driver's License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Cover assigned courts as needed.
• Maintaining case files and records for assigned offenders.
• Reporting all violations of court order requirements in a timely and consistent manner.
• Enforce residential facility rules and maintain order in the facility.
• Account For Residents’ Whereabouts.
• Conduct facility safety checks.
• Conduct resident searches and drug testing as directed.
• Evaluating offender progress and identifying problems.
• Other assigned duty as directed.
