Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers risk and needs assessments.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and monitors adherence.
• Maintains case files and prepares court documentation.
• Liaises with service providers and explains program policies.
